SAP provides a way to migrate your Crystal 2008/2011 Reports to Crystal Reports for Enterprise BI4 (SP04)

First, launch Crystal Reports for Enterprise

Open the report that was created in Crystal 2008/2011

You receive a screen like Figure 1

You may want to select I want to back up your report before migrating.  It will create a copy.

Figure 2 shows the data source (in this case it is an ECC InfoSet) on the left

For Figure 3 I select the ERP Universe (already created in the Information Design Tool) and then I begin mapping the fields.

On the left of Figure 3 is the ECC Infoset and on the right is the Universe against the ECC InfoSet.

Figure 4 is the final sample report, now converted to Crystal Reports for Enterprise

Note there is no mass migration tool, you need to do this one report at a time.
