Setting up Defaults in NOTIF_CREATE (creating an incident message)
Versions: Solution Manager Version – 7.x and up
Idea is borrowed from this thread:
Users desire defaults in the NOTIF_CREATE transaction to create an incident, which is still available for creating incidents in Solution Manager 7.1 instead of the CRM web client.
Figure 1 shows that you can default the field groups and entries. Enter the desired field group and the default in the Input Value and click Execute.
Field group possibilities:
Figure 2 shows the default field groups you can set up
Figure 3 shows the system /IBase defaults set in Figure 1
This will ease the entry for those reporting incidents in IT Service Management.
