Hopefully you have had a chance to read Christian Oehler's excellent Blog on the Enterprise Support Academy updates for 2012. This is one of the focal points of SAP Active Global Support in 2012 to ensure we align our Support Offerings with YOUR needs. The Academy speaks for itself in terms of value but there is one area for you we wanted to highlight specifically - Our Meet The Expert Sessions.
This isn't quite the same as having an Expert in your living room eating popcorn with you and talking all things SAP but this could be the next BEST thing!! A virtual expert session to help you up-skill on hot topics from across the SAP Landscape! If you do want to make popcorn while you attend the sessions my recommendation is always Kettle Corn.
In the BI4 & XI3 space we have two excellent Meet The Expert Sessions that are currently on the Agenda with more to come. The current sessions began as Webinars hosted by our good friend's at the Americas SAP User Group but we wanted to ensure to mainstream the content into our Enterprise Support Academy so they may live on and help customers globally.
