SAP Overtakes Microsoft as Leader in Gartner’s Midmarket Magic Quadrant

Gartner has published an update of their Midmarket MagicQuadrant report, “Magic Quadrant for Single-Instance ERP for Product-Centric Midmarket Companies.” SAP Business All-in-One has been positioned in the “Leaders” quadrant for the second time since 2010, overtaking Microsoft Dynamics AX, a global key competitor in the midmarket.

SAP Business All-in-One strengths:

• Gartner acknowledges the broad functionality and industry-specific domain expertise with SAP Best Practices, addressing many customer requirements out-of-the-box
• The SAP fast-start program makes customer implementations easier, especially in the early phases of an implementation
• Gartner recommends that customers leverage SAP Rapid Deployment solutions  to expand the functional scope of pre-configured implementations
• SAP Business All-in-One is well suited for upper-midmarket companies and  fast-growing small and midmarket companies in a variety of industries
