Many of you would not be aware that if you execute standard TCodes like VL06G or VL23, it will not list all DAs that are saved. In normal circumstances, you would know that all DA related data will get stored in LIKP and LIPS tables; but apart from these two tables, there is one more table which is SHP_IDX_GDSI.
DA related data in Table SHP_IDX_GDSI will get stored only if the corresponding line item have value in field BWART in LIPS table. In other words, if the material type is VALUATED, then only, the related DAs will get stored in the above table. If the material type is NON-VALUATED, then it will not store the delivery related data. Needless to mention, this control is in OMS2.
Solution
If you want to populate those NON-VALUATED data also in VL06G or VL23, you have to implement note 681639 so that system will populate those non-valuated deliveries also.
