Check out this real world story which is sad and I believe cases like this are extremely common and ultimately lead some people down a path of fraud or embellishing their resume.
DOs & DON’Ts for SAP Career (Certification) on the basis of my on going journey from an Accountant to SAP FI Consultant.
On a side note it is crazy to think there are jobs out there where people have to PAY to act as a "consultant" so they can get go-live experience on their resume.

Hi Thomas sir,
The blog that you have written is so helpful to all of us. It gives us the true picture of how things happen in SAP market. I am into ABAP since last 3 years and I want to switch to
Functional side and I have chosen MM module a I want to go for SRM. I have done my graduation in Commerce and after that I have moved to IT and after completing MCA I have got trained in ABAP and working in it. I have worked on MM in implementation project and
now I want to become techno functional in MM and want to move to MM module gradually.
Please advice me If I am doing right or not..

Obviously, SAP consultant should always keep learning and get to know something new about different SAP products. It is not a secret, SAP consultant are very valuable and many different industries hire consultants for their businesses to implement any SAP system within it.
