We are happy to announce a new UA feedback channel tool has been rolled out to selected pilot members, so their students can contribute with valuable feedback on SAP's cloud solution. To achieve this, the UCC Magdeburg and SAP Business ByDesign Product Management have customized and enhanced the existing IdeaScale platform.
The feedback process includes two quality gates. First, the lecturer evaluates the feedback (only from his/her students) and if found relevant approves it. Second, SAP Business ByDesign experts at UCCs Magdeburg and Munich check the worldwide feedback and comment or approve it. Finally, it is sent to the SAP Business ByDesign Product Management team which incorporates the high quality feedback into the development cycles of SAP Business ByDesign. The UCC support team is the main point of contact with regards to our new feedback tool.
