We have a brainstorm in our scrum plan meeting.
- We divide the group into two subgroups. We discuss the backlog how to design it and how to test it.
- After the brainstorm, each subgroup present the discuss results to all of us.
- Finally, we generate the tasks.
In the brainstorm, all of us can study the development and testing. It can improve the whole team knowledge and skills.
