On June 28th Microsoft and SAP are planning to host a first half-day onsite installation and troubleshooting workshop on Duet Enterprise in the Microsoft Offices at the Partner Port in Walldorf.
The idea is to go through a happy-path installation and show how you can setup your Duet Enterprise landscape in a fast an efficient way and see results in SharePoint right away.
After this happy-path scenario we want to talk about common issues and mistakes that are encountered during installations. We will show some examples, but also listen to feedback from the audience. This part will be a very open and hopefully interactive session where not only you will (hopefully) learn a lot, but we will also get some additional first hand feedback.
If you are interested and want to participate, then please send an email to DPASCHKE @ MICROSOFT.com and holger.bruchelt @ sap.com with the subject "Anmeldung Installationsworkshop am 28.Juni 2012" (please really only send an email if you really want to and can attend)
In the body please specify the number and names of the colleauges who want to attend.
As you can see from the subject, this first onsite workshop will be in German only. With this workshop we clearly target partners -- and customers -- from the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). However, if you speak German and want to participate, send an email as well.
If you do not speak German and think the idea of having such a working makes sense -- then please send me (holger.bruchelt @ sap.com) an email indicating that you are interested. We will see if we can set something similar up as well.

Ausgehend von zahlreichem Feedback, das wir von Partnern und Kunden bekommen haben, möchten wir am 28. Juni im Partner Port in Walldorf einen Installation und Troubleshooting Workshop für Duet Enterprise anbieten.
Ziel wird es sein zum einen eine "saubere, problemlose" Installation am Live-System zu zeigen, dann aber auch einen großen Teil auf Troubleshooting und Diskussionen zu legen.
Die Teilnehmer werden keine eigene Installation durchführen, sondern alles wird präsentiert werden. Geplant ist es um, 13 Uhr zu starten und gegen 18 Uhr fertig zu sein.
Natürlich stehen wir auch nach dem Termin bei Fragen gerne zur Verfügung.
Wenn also konkretes interesse besteht, dann bitte eine Email mit dem Betreff "Anmeldung Installationsworkshop am 28.Juni 2012" an DPASCHKE @ MICROSOFT.com und holger.bruchelt @ sap.com schicken. Bitte die Anzahl der gewünschten Teilnehmer mit Namen in der Email angeben.
