Steps to view the Transport requests of a Work Book

In Development Environment:

Go to SE09.

Click on the technical name of the Work book and go to Object -> Object Directory Entry

Copy the Object ie XLWB and the technical name of the Work book 4JS88N5NMH9LCZ83B72NBRS8C

In Staging Environment:

Go to SE03 Transport Organizer Tools

Double click on the Search for Objects in Requests/Tasks

Give the Object type and the Technical name of the Work book as shown below and mark it for selection.

Also mark the option Also Search for Sub objects (not for generic entry)

Now click the Execute Button.

The Below screen shot shows the request that are built in the Work book in Staging Environment.
