Changing Standard Print Program

Hi All,

Below I am mentioning how to change the standard print program of SAP with User created Smartform.

For Eg. I am changing the standard print program of Purchase Order

1. Go to NACE transaction.

       

   2. Select the application EF with Description Purchase Order and click on Output Types.

       

     3.You will get navigated to the below screen. Select NEU in the below screen and double click on Processing routines.

          

      4. Click on the Pen tool the toggle into editable mode. Here in the below screen give your driver program, Form routine which should be called                     during print preview of the Purchase Order and the smartform name in Print output row.

         

     5. Now click on save button and save the changes.     

     6. To check the changes, go to ME23N. Click on Print Preview.
