Our newest Solution Extension, SAP IT Process Automation by Cisco, is live on SAP.com! 

SAP IT Process Automation tells an IT department when a system is likely to go (or has already gone) down, and also detects incidents with non-SAP systems. IT solutions are critical to the organizations that deploy them, and system outages can seriously impact business. For example, sales may suffer if retail outlets are unable to print receipts, daily revenue figures may be affected if overnight billing runs can’t be completed, and product deliveries may be impacted with backlogs.
