Problem in save view

We are executing BI Reports in portal we have issue that when user clicks in Free Characteristics and choose “Save View” System is getting Hang up.

I have executed same report in Bex Analyzer and dragged “Customer Segment” I am able to save it as a work book,

Could you please advice any solution for that.
