B1, Outlook integration and Citrix

Customer is on 8.81 PL09, SQL 2008 R2 on our Hosted server accessing via Citrix XenApp 6.5.  They have their own Exchange server at their location.

Customer is currently setup using SBOMailer for email though B1 with the Exchange server connection, but they want to use their Outlook client to connect to B1. 

We have other customers that use Outlook integration, but they are on a Client Server enviornment. 

We are in the process of testing Outlook integration with Citrx XenApp but not having success so far. We are reviewing the B1 881 AdminGuide and chapter 3. Have also look over Notes for Citrix with little success.
