issue with BPM interfaces

Hi Team,

We are having BPM interfaces in which our messages are going into BPM but we are not getting our messages out of BPM leaving no output

So could you please let me know how to analyse the issue and get this resolved asap.

    This could be BPM configuration issue. Please check whether transaction for basic and advanced customizing BPM are done.

    Basic customizing Transaction is  – SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING

    Advanced –  SWF_INB_CONF
