Process Modeling in Streamwork going into next stage

It’s been more than a year now, and moving forward to the next level of Process Flow Modeling is coming. The hand-over to a SAP Cloud Managed Services has started and we are in a phase where the effort of maintaining the product comes to a minimum.

A detailed description of the basic “things to be done” in case of errors is prepared and will be shortly presented to the correct people in order to sent this product to its new level. Running successfully on JpaaS Factory with high availability and minimum support effort speaks of the readiness of this product to move forward.

For now our short troubleshooting description is planned to be tested with real support and we will get feedback if something goes wrong so we can further improve the troubleshooting guide. The transition itself should be a smooth process and we hope that the information that we provide will be sufficient for the support colleagues to carry on with high product availability.

We will update again soon when actual work will be driven by India colleagues.
