Creating a BI Workspace in BI4 Feature Pack 3
We will add a Web Intelligence document to a BI Workspace and add a web page to the BI Workspace and link the two.
Log on to the BI Launch pad.
Select Applications > BI Workspace
Right now the layout has 3 columns. We want only 2 columns so we will click “Remove Column”
Now build a workspace that shows a Web Intelligence Document. Click on the Public Modules icon
Open up the Web Intelligence Samples and drag over Input Controls and variables
Right click to select the Revenue table report part
We will add a web page that will eventually link to this Web Intelligence Report part
Now we will click the Templates icon
We will drag the web page module to Column 2
Now we will click the Edit icon
Now we will type in the URL of the web page
Click OK
Click Content Linking
Now we will link the Parameter Out connector from the Web Intelligence document to the Google page
In the dropdown box we will select q
Close
Now when I click on an item in the Web Intelligence document the results will be displayed on the Google page
Save your BI Workspace
Thanks Tammy for the post. It helped me.
I linked 2 Webi reports in workspace. But now I want to use the Filter Bar of one Webi report in content linking to filter data for other report? Is this possible ?
Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hello Vidula,
Thank you for your kind words.
Unfortunately I am not an expert in Web Intelligence; would you please post your question in the discussion area so other experts may reply?
Best regards,
Tammy
