DBACOCKPIT ERROR:ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progressBR0310W, and ORA-01033:Connect to database instance D10 failed
Hi,
I am having issue with Java system connected to Solman system. When I run any job through DBACOCKPIT for DG5(Java System) I receive the following error over and over again:

The Database Connection to DBACOCKPIT is perfectly fine but only issue is that following error I just posted jobs are failing because of that.
I am new in Sap, can someone help me out step by step I will more thankful to them!

HI Aflah,
Go to the brtools, and try to trigger the backup certainly it will fail and giving the reason of failure. Pl post me that log. Mostly it could be the issue with system user password.
Pl check the schemaowner user status, system user status.
