Creation of Target settings in SAP BO SCPM 2.0

I would like to explain step by step procedure to create Target settings in SAP BO SCPM 2.0.

Step 1:

Create New Aggregation Level from Info cube directly or by using Tcode:  RSPLAN.

Step 2:

  •             Design a Bex Query by using Query DesigneràNewàFindàAggregation level (Ex: 0spm_A27).

Choose Key figures 0spm_kf_tuc, 0spm_kf_trd in columns and Dimensions like Brand, companycode, version, calday, calyear, and calyear_month in Rows.

Step 4:

  • Make all Key figure entries as Input-ready query through properties–>Planning Tab.

Step 5:

  • Extended Tab and Ensure that Result Rows for dimensions like Calendar day and Plant should be suppressed and for remaining Display as Key or Text.

Step 6:

Create New “Characteristic Variables with user input” or use SAP exit variable for the same if it is available.

Step 7:

Choose Start Query in Change Mode as option in Query Properties as below.

Step 8:

Save Bex Query (spm_Arc07) as Workbook by using Bex Analyzer in Scpm with Role as “User Technical Roles” and then open workbook in Design mode, choose Push Buttons and set properties with Planning specific Save Button to save the data.

  •            We need to ensure that the Real Time Cube should be in Plan Mode (Real Time Cube-àPlanning Specific Properties–>Change Real Time Load Behavior).
