RFC_ATTACH_GUI_FAILED dumps when using Bex

We had several users having issues when running BEx. It was calling BExQueryDesignerStarter when it fails or function module SYSTEM_RFC_VERSION_3_INIT

For some users, it would run fine and then produce the dumps. The error messages in the dumps were a little confusing.

We discovered that all our laptop that were connected to the network via cable and via wireless exhibited this issue.

We requested users to either disable the cabled connection or wireless connection before connecting via BEx.

This resolved the issue for us.
