Time Entry Reporting SAP Solution Manager Incident Management

Purpose: Report on time entered for incidents in Solution Manager Incident Management


Time can be entered for incidents and now you want to report on it.  Please see OSS note 1342891 for further information and background.


SAP offers program AI_SDK_SUGEN_REPORT, interestingly with no transaction assigned to it.

You can get to it through the SM_CRM transaction steps listed below:


Transaction SM_CRM


Click on Incident Management


Select Solution Manager Reporting



Enter the appropriate selection criteria

Because we want to run it against all tickets, I have created a new program with minor modifications below:
