How long have you been in Product Development? I have worked in Product Development as a Quality Assurance Specialist for 11 years.
What products do you work on? I work on ACE (Address Correction and Encoding) as well as the US Regulatory Address Cleanse and DSF2 Walk Sequencer transforms within Data Services.
What was your last job before coming to work for SAP? Before coming to SAP, I worked for two years as a Computer Programmer for a company that specializes in accounting software.
What do you like most about your job? I love the challenges that I’m presented with when working on a team to develop software. The variety of the problems that need to be solved and the innovation and collaboration required to solve those problems keeps me wanting to come to work each day.
What is the most challenging or rewarding experience you had working with your product? Any one of the number of times when we as a team did what we needed to do to deliver a release on time.
If you could work on another SAP product, what would it be and why? With a big emphasis on mobility, I’d love the opportunity to work on an SAP solution designed for mobile devices.
What are your hobbies outside of work? I enjoy reading, traveling, and hanging out with my family. My wife and I are also playing mixed doubles in a tennis league this summer.
If you were given a month off of work, what would you do? Travel with my family.
