EMEA: SAP Academic Conference EMEA (September 6-7, 2012)
This year’s SAP University Alliances EMEA Academic Conference (formerly known as EMEA User Group Meeting) took place September 6 and 7, 2012 in Dresden, Germany. This is the annual conference for member faculty from all over Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The event brings together leading professors and experts to discuss new topics on teaching and research with SAP software in universities and higher educational institutions.

"This year we would like to give our university partners the opportunity to present their innovative research and teaching projects in a short presentation (10 minutes talk + 5 minutes discussion). In addition there will be the possibility to show the results during the SAP Academic Conference in the exhibition area. Just back from the event last week. I was there on the first day attending the CVLBA Workshop which was a part of the overall programme...will write about it in details soon in another blogpost!
It was a very well prepared event. Thanks to the team and Heino Schrader. See my blog post in the Innovation area about the guided tour through our living lab the Future Factory on September 5th, 2012.
The event was well organized and was very impressed with the caliber of the delegates who attend the program.The approach this year was very impressive,i learnt alot from other academic institutions SAP research projects and their advancement in using de SAP software.Thank you to Heino and his team for a job well done,thank you to SAP for the opportunity to empower students with de software.Jerry
