My Tips & Tricks in SAP Business Work Place (SBWP)

Hi All,

       everytime that I get into SBWP and I select a WI assigned to me, in the pre-view window, I always move the mouse over the Tips & Trips, asking to myself: “Nice… But where are those tips stored ? And can I create my own Tips & Tricks…”. Here are the answers.

  The standard proposes 19 “Tips & Tricks” and you can look for them in SE61 transaction.

In order to create my tip & trick, I created the document SWL_WI_PREVIEW_TIP_020 as a dialog text.

Remember the first row will be the title of your tip & trick, all the other rows will be the body.

You’ll be asked for a package and for a workbench change request.

Then go to SM30 to maintain the table SWF_POPUP1.

Add the following new record

Go to the workplace and enjoy your own tip & trick.
