    Hi Sadiq,

    first of all you should create a document for posting questions. That what the discussions are for.

    On your actual issue: you have a second account sadik iqbal siddiqui which is using the same mail address. You can login with that account and edit your mail address in your user profile there and change it to a different one.

      Thanks for the information. i want a help from you side. Oliver as i am using my this ID only and never using second id. is it possible to remove my second id and move my second ID point to my current ID. I tried to change e-mail id but not success . I request you to please check and do the needful.

        First please let me know what did not work with changing your mail address. It works for me with a standard member account.

        Account migrations are currently not supported but we are working on getting it in place.

          hi Oliver

          i am trying to attach the sreen shot but no attachment option is there,

          so i am unable to attach also i don’t remember my second id and password.

          i am login with sadiqiqbal4u@gmail.com id and password then is am trying to change

          my e-mail id, it shows ” sorry, that email is already taken please try something else”

          Please suggest.

            Hi Sadiq,

            I think in order to attach an image, you have to go to the original thread and switch to the advanced editor.

            I’ll DM you the s-user that you are using for the other account. I suggest you request a password reset in case you have forgotten it.

            It is of course always possible to simply use a different email address then the one used in the other account. This way you don’t get the error message anymore.
