A high-level view of the typical Managerial consolidation process to be implemented , including a listing of all possible process triggers and outcomes.

The managerial consolidation process will be implemented In BPC with the following 5 steps

The main process is divided in 5 main steps that should be completed before the user pass into the next step. The user will be provided with a BPF (Business Process Flow) that will lead them through the process and will assure that all necessary steps have been completed with the required data quality.  BPF is not equivalent to workflow but got features similar to workflow that guide the users to the next action, show the activities that the user is expected to perform, and enable opening of the steps upon completion of previous steps and so and this guides end-users through a pre-defined process ensuring: data controls, sequential process steps, process tracking and communication, process reporting and process auditing.
