Add or delete element

To use this feature, you have to choose the standard column OBJ0 as one of your columns.

As per our configuration we have only one element under the VB KRA's Yearly. Here you can see the end user (let us say appraisee) added one more KRA (4.1). As we have mentioned it as free input he/she can change the element text.

The same will reflect in portal also.
