Stock Inconsistency – Deleting old Sales & Delivery Stock requirements
Hello Friends,
Recently we came across a situation where we have created a Consignment Fill-Up & Consignment Fill-Up Delivery & the Consignment Stock available with Consignee in MMBE.
But when we created Consignment Issue Order, the stock was not getting confirmed, despite the fact that Consignment Stock is lying at Consignee’s premises & it is visible in MMBE as unrestricted stock.
On exploring MD04 & Stock Requirement lists, we came to know that there was a very old (almost 1 years old) stock requirement lying in the Stock Requirement List. On exploring we found that the said Stock was delivered & Invoiced for, but the Requirement was somehow sitting in MD04.
What to do now? In cases like this SAP has given program SDRQCR21, which can be used to delete Requirements from Stock Requirements Lists.
Go to T-code SE38 & Execute Program SDRQCR21 & you will see following screen:
Enter the Material & Plant & Execute.
System will list the requirement for the given combination & this is for simulation only. In the below screen you can see there is a one year old requirement pending:
The above was for simulation only & to actually delete the Requirement, go back & select the Data Transfer Check Box & Execute. System will give a warning message & select Continue
System will delete the above requirements & confirm the same as follows:
Subsequently we created the Consignment issue Sales order & the Stock was confirmed as the old Requirement was deleted.
Hope this helps,

This should have been posted as a WIKI

Hello Lakshmipathi,
Thank you for the suggestion.
I tried creating a WIKI for this issue but I could find a link to create a new Document in SDN WIKI Page for SD here: http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/ERPLO/Availability+Check+and+Transfer+of+Requirements
Can you please suggest me how to add a document in WIKI page?
Thanks,
Jignesh Mehta
