Neckargemünd, 28 March 2012

At this year's CeBIT, Michael Kleinemeier, Managing Director SAP Germany, and Joerg Porath, director of the vocational training center SRH Neckargemünd sealed their cooperation in the framework of the SAP University Alliances program. SAP AG has launched this program to ensure a practical and future-oriented education with SAP applications. With this concept SAP allows global access to the latest SAP technologies. It is aimed at universities and professional schools which want to actively integrate SAP software in teaching.

This collaboration will enable trainees of our vocational training center to work with the SAP ERP system (ERP = Enterprise Resource Planning) in the framework of the erp4school project . Here all the relevant business processes are mapped, among other things related to logistics, personnel and accounting.

The goal is to understand businesses and processes as a whole. Already developed didactic learning modules based on the curricula can be used directly in the training. Technical support, regular workshops and the provision of information and teaching scenarios from the University Alliances promote regular exchanges with our vocational training center."
