Step by Step Installation Guide for SAP NetWeaverAS ABAP 702 SP6 64bit Trial on Windows 7 64bit 1/2

3. Start Installation

1. Install JRE

Right Click on the downloaded JRE file and select Run as administrator as in below picture.

For allowing to do change press Yes.

Installation of JRE will start immediately like below after pressing Yes button above.

Read the License terms, Select the Radio button I accept the terms in the license and press Next button.

You will see by default Typical radio button is selected leave it as it is and press Next button.

After few minutes you will get the following window of successful installation, press Finish button.

2. Install SAP NetWeaverAS ABAP 702 SP6 64bit Trial

Below are the main setup files

Go to Path

SAP_NetWeaver_702e_Installation_MasterIM_WINDOWS_X86_64

Right click on sapinst and select Run as Administrator as shown below.

Click Yes button for allow system to do changes.

You may get below two messages Select the Check box Private Network and select button Allow access.

From the next appearing screen select Central System as shown below and press the next button.

After Selecting next from the above screen you will get a Message Box, Press Ok button to log off.

Note: Setup will automatically start after log in.

Press Yes from the below message box.

From the next window read and select the Radio button I accept and press next button.

Press Browse button and select the Installed folder of JRE, follow next 3 screens.

After selecting JRE Path press next button.

Give the Master Password in the next window showing below.

Note: Please note down this Password because you will need this password while using you system.

You may will get the following message Ignore this message and press the Cancel Button to Continue Setup.

Note: May you may will get the message for low memory if your system having RAM 2GB, in that case also ignore and Continue Setup.

Following Summary window will appear after above step which will  describe the all selected options conform all and press Next for  starting  installation.

Installation will start after pressing next button from above screen. Few Screenshots below are showing the different steps of  installation

This Step Import ABAP can take more about 5 to 8 Hours.

Finally you will get successful installation Message like below. Press OK Button to Complete.

You will see SAP Management Console Icon on your Desktop Right Click on it and select Run as Administrator.

Press Yes

On the Path selected in below screen you can see all the work  processes are in Waiting Stat so you are ready to Log On to System.

The specified item was not found.

In the above blog you will see login info as

USER Name = BCUSER and Password = minisap

But for this new version the Password is not minisap, you have to login using

USER Name = ddic and Password = 19920706 or the Password you provide at installation time in step 14

and change the password of BCUSER using steps below

1. Go to T-Code SU01 Give BCUSER and Press Change Button as shown Below

2. Go to Tab Login data give new Password in Initial password and Repeat password fields and Press Save button or use shortcut key Ctrl + S

3. Your new Password has saved and now you are ready to Login with

USER Name = BCUSER

Password = Your New Password you just Save in above screen

      Hello Faisal, I do all the installation complete but when I go into SAP Management Console service will not start and when I try do not accept the key that puts the system installation. I thank you in advance for your help.

      Hello Faisal,

      I am Facing this issue in Import ABAP Step  in windows 7 64 bits OS.

      An error occurred while processing option SAP NetWeaver 7.0 including Enhancement Package 2 > SAP Application Server ABAP > MaxDB > Central System > Central System( Last error reported by the step :Program 'Migration Monitor' exits with error code 103. For details see log file(s) import_monitor.java.log, import_monitor.log.). You can now:

      • Choose Retry to repeat the current step.
      • Choose Log Files to get more information about the error.
      • Stop the option and continue with it later.

      Please help me ,,,,

      please don't install this tool. In this tool, there is no table , so its difficult to learn SAP.

      Hi,

      thanks for this Tutorial, but i think is not up to date, there are several problems wit it.

      I just try to install like here is describet but dont work, here is my error:

      An error occurred while processing option SAP NetWeaver 7.0 including Enhancement Package 2 > SAP Application Server ABAP > MaxDB > Central System > Central System( Last error reported by the step :Error during execution of command identifier 'XSERVER_STOP' : MaxDB Software must be installed before this class can be instantiated!). You can now:

      • Choose Retry to repeat the current step.
      • Choose Log Files to get more information about the error.
      • Stop the option and continue with it later.

      Log files are written to C:\Program Files/sapinst_instdir/NW702/AS-ABAP/ADA/CENTRAL/.

      Can you help me with this problem?

      Hi Faisal, I do all but when try ME21N (for example) transaction is missing

      How can I add all transactions?

      I have a question for you.

      After the processes starting, where i insert the user and password. "USER Name = ddic and Password = 19920706".

      It is necessary to install anything else?

      Do you not understand my question.

      I don't know where insert the login and password.

      The installation process ran correctly, in SAP Management Console the service it is on, but now where i putting the login and the password?

      I need to instal the sap logon?

      I think you didn't install SAP GUI, you have to install SAP GUI for login to system.
