We are in the process of upgrading our system from ECC6.0 on oracle 10g on windows 2003 platform to ECC6.0 EhP5 with Oracle 11g and windows 2008 platform. Kindly help me out with the initial hicks as there are a lot of questions as to where to start and other details and what would be the right approach. Kindly get back to me with the information. I am seeking this information from any of the gurus as I am new to the community and would like to get help.
