Form16 Exce – Notes & Patches for the year 2011

We have SAPKE60067 Patch If I want to execute Form16 for the year 2011 What all notes required for that?

Do I need to go for Support Package Will there be any implications in that? Since it is end of financial year we have to execute payslip for the next month…
