Find today’s PB at http://about.usps.com/postal-bulletin/2012/pb22333/pdf/pb22333.pdf

Today’s PB has just one DMM revision, “New Content Identification Number Codes for Use With Priority Mail Open and Distribute Shipments.” This is not an area that our Postalsoft(r) products have ever supported, but if you’re already doing “PMOD” on your own, of course you want to check out the details of the CIN changes. Also if you’re a small volume mailer you might appreciate the summary at the top of this article that gives something of an overview of how this works, basically preparing mail according to its normal class rules and then putting those containers in Priority Mail containers to expedite delivery to their handling destinations and potentially to get some destination entry discounts.

Otherwise from a Presort standpoint this edition of the PB doesn’t have much of interest, just the “usual” listings of minor PO updates and non-presort topics like announcements of new stamps and pictorial postmarks.
