To send a correspondence (payslip in your case) via email using Adobe(c) forms, you would need: 1.- The proper info type should be maintained with the employee’s email address. 2.- A PDF SmartForm would need to be maintained (or created) to meet your needs, those of the employee, and probably will need to comply with some legal regulation, depending on where the business is. 3.- There are functions to send emails through SAP.
