SPRO  -> Customer Relationship Management -> Transactions -> Settings for activities -> Maintain Categories, goals, priorities

Maintain Categories  : Add your categories here

Assign Categories to Transaction type : Here you can assign categories with your transaction type. Then It will display in CRMD_ORDER.

Make Default Category

Go to the below SPRO Path in the image:

Select your transaction type and click on “Assignment of Business transaction categories”

Select “Business Activity” and double click on “Customizing Header”

Here in Category you can maintain your default category.
