SAP HANA InnoJam Online Contest – Finals steps
If you haven’t read the FAQ SAP HANA InnoJam Online 2012 I recommend you to do it right now…after reading my blog of course 😉
So…Phase 2 will come to an end in March 29th…by that time, all teams should have uploaded their videos and project descriptions to the InnoJam Group on Vimeo. Please keep in mind, that there’s no exceptions…any team who fails to upload their video and project description will be disqualified.
So…when it’s Phase 3 going to happen? From March 29th to April 2nd our Selection Committee will have that hard and demanding job of watching and reviewing all the submitted videos and project descriptions.
The same April 2nd, we will inform by mail and on an SCN blog who are the 8 finalists that will compete for the big prize on Palo Alto on April 12th.
The 8 finalist will have 6 minutes to show their demos live…no Power Points allowed…just working demos. After that, 3 minutes will be used for Q&A with the judges.
The clock is ticking…there’s only 1 month left for the big day…but only 18 days to submit both video and project description to the InnoJam Group.
I will like to wish the best of luck to all teams. I know that everyone will make the project, but sadly only 8 teams can qualified for the finals.

I've been trying to access HANA. Every time I try to access, I get this message: (The message below began about an hour back).
I emailed Sales Engineer today asking for a workaround to this situation. TZHANA training I'm attending helped me understand HANA better and ready to get my hands dirty. Not sure if you can help but if you have any ideas/thoughts/tips/workaround to the situation I'm experiencing, let me know.

Please disregard my previous comment. I received prompt response from SAP engineer to my email. It seems the browser plugin (HANA innojam online desktop tab) doesn't work very well(this worked for HANA sandbox in Dec/Jan). At any rate, I tried Remote Desktop Connection and it worked.

I'm glad you were able to make it work. I have heard about people having trouble with the Cloudshare plug-in...I think it's a browser thing...I always use Chrome and haven't get any issues yet...
