Lessons Learned on a Sybase Unwired Platform Project

We implemented one of the 4 Sybase Mobile Sales for SAP CRM project at Borusan Makina, Istanbul/Turkey.

We used the standart Sybase Mobile Sales application which you can download from App Store for iPhone devices. Also developed additional applications to ge data from ERP system.

During this project we learned lots of lessons from project team definition to managing the customer needs and also Sybase Mobile Sales Packed(!) Application.

The primary message is: Be careful when doing a mobile project.
