The SAP Primary Support Customer Experience Team is now running a usability study on the installation of SAProuter for SAP BusinessObjects customers. 

We are looking for customers to help us improve the installation and configuration experience of SAProuter. This technology has been used for many years by the majority of SAP customers but it is quite new for SAP BusinessObjects customers.

We are looking for customers that:

  1. Use one or more SAP BusinessObjects products.
  2. Do not already have SAProuter installed.
  3. Can participate in the study in English.
