Sometimes we need to create a new WSDL from scratch, and sometimes, we just want to enhance/change an existing one. This has always been a challenge, because of the broad WDSL specification.
For a WSDL developer it is a great benefit to have a real-time validation of the changes that he/she makes. To face the issue, a quite new WSDL editor has been contributed to Eclipse WTP Incubator. The editor is called “Service Interface Editor”, and provides real-time validation of WSDL and WS-I specifications. Here is how the editor looks like, when an error is reported.
The editor has many other features, but I will not mention them now. If you are curious, then just get it, and try it: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Service_Interface_and_Data_Types_Editors
