Do you have SAProuter installed? Have you been thinking about utilizing Remote Supportability? Do you have an interest in participating in a usability study?
Then we want you!!!
What is a usability study?
A usability study is an online meeting with a usability manager/specialist from SAP and you. No travel is required. No webcams are required. It’s a great way for you to be directly involved in improving our services. It allows us to see and understand where you may have issues. You will join an online meeting and telephone call at a time you’ve mutually agreed to. You’ll then be asked questions regarding the focus of the study and be asked to share your screen with the researcher so they can see how you use that feature. They’ll ask for your feedback, too. There are no right or wrong answers! The meeting will be recorded for analysis. The usability study is conducted in English.
What is SAProuter?
SAProuter is an application level gateway that allows a network connection between SAP and you. It needs to be installed and configured by you on your own network. It is the cornerstone of many of the remote access technologies and tools available for you. It can significantly enhance our ability to establish the underlying cause of issues within your systems and help facilitate a faster time to resolution with less demand on you. For more information on SAProuter, check out Tim Coffman’s blog SAProuter is coming to SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise, or visit the Supportability Tools.
