I’m very happy about the community event we just had last Saturday, and as introduced in my announcement blog A fresh new format for SAP Inside Track Milan 2011 I’m here to report about the adopted agenda.

I organized the SAP Inside Track Milan 2011 to spread the spirit of SCN in Italy with, at the same time, the strong commitment to make it an international event.

It happened !, great event and not limited to Italy. Very Special People joinedin-person from Germany and also from other countries (e.g. Holland, US) via SAPConnect.

Results from questionnaire

We collected 35 questionnaires out of 50 in-person participants, I’m sorry I didn’t thought to people connected via SAPConnect. Here are the results regarding the event so far:

My suggestions for next SAP Inside Track events

Fill the first three hours and half of the agenda with short sessions and reserve the afternoon for the Round Table to go deeper and beef-up the networking.

As from the survey, 6 mins long sessions are perfect for 83% of the people. 14% suggest 10 mins that I suggest to plan for in order to include Q&A plus the host switch.

Changing the host is the critical moment. It takes a couple of minutes to set-up the headset and to promote she / he as presenter. If the stage has only one table, it’s important that to take Q&A away from it while the new host connects the new staff. During this time it’s also useful to visualize a slide to introduce the new topic.

That’s it, never more 45 mins for a session.

Be sure to check the wrap-up SAP Inside Track Milan 2011 – The reporting by Ivan Femia to get an overview about the sessions, venue and people.

Thank you very much to SAP Italy for hosting the tribe in the nice venue of Vimercate and thank you very much to our fantastic host Sandro Nibioli.
