SAP TechEd is already a great learning and networking environment but now we can literally call this event all fun and games.  As Chip already explained:  Get Ready for Knowledge Quest at SAP TechEd Las Vegas!

“Your goal with Knowledge Quest is to learn, network, have fun, and hopefully earn enough points to win some really cool prizes on Thursday night!  (Can you say ”iPads?) “

We will have a special point-gaining opportunity for all SCN Community Members at the SAP Community Network Interactive Station in the Clubhouse to help you get one step closer to those prizes.

The action you need to take to earn points at the  SCN Community Booth is show us your fully completed member profile.  By simply showing us your fully completed profile, you earn points for the Knowledge Quest game. Easy, yes?

Here are tips to speed you thru the process of earning points with us:

Tip  #1

To update your profile, you need to make sure you can login. On-site, we will have laptops available for you to use, but you need to bring all your credentials— valid e-mail address for the account/userID and password.

If you are having trouble logging in, try to reset your password in the login box. If you still can’t login, don’t create a new account, instead email  support at sapnetwork@sap.com.

They will  get back to you quickly.

Tip  #2

Update your profile page in advance!

You can find it by looking at the top of the screen select My Profile > Update Profile.

3 new fields have been added:

  • Company City
  • Industry
  • Option to receive additional information about webcasts and events

The details behind Knowledge Quest will be explained at SAP TechEd. We don’t  want you to miss out on a chance to win valuable points in the Clubhouse.   I can tell you that these two tips  will help you move thru the process faster.   FYI, our motive in asking you to have a completed profile is simple – we want to incent more people to complete their profiles, providing more information to fellow members and enabling better networking between members.

Another bonus to stopping by the Community booth in the clubhouse is a chance to meet some of community team members   staffing the booth. Many of your have read our blogs, followed our tweets and now you can meet us and ask us your questions or simply Say “hello”.

Put on your best Game Face because Knowledge Quest at SAP TechEd is on!
