Most SDN readers familiar with my weblogs would come expect a whole lot of Solution Manager content. In this SDN offering, I have managed to bring together Solution Manager knowledge across 14,000 kilometres – from Brazil and Australia. In order to balance out the discussion, I have managed to invite a SolWoman to the SolMan discussion.

Roundtable Biographies:

    Hey Guys

It was really good listening about 7.1. From your discussion, it looks like new SM screen is more looking like a CRM 7.0 Web UI screen. That would be really cool.

    Regards
    Harish

      Hi Harish,

The latest SAP CRM 7.0 IT Service Management is integrated into SAP Solution Manager release 7.1, so Incident Management and Change Request Management now use CRM 7.0 Web UI. I agree with you, it looks really cool 🙂

      Regards,
      Raquel
