SAP Solution Manager 7.1 Talk

SAP Solution Manager 7.1 chat.

Most SDN readers familiar with my weblogs would come expect a whole lot of Solution Manager content. In this SDN offering, I have managed to bring together Solution Manager knowledge across 14,000 kilometres – from Brazil and Australia. In order to balance out the discussion, I have managed to invite a SolWoman to the SolMan discussion.

Roundtable Biographies:

Raquel Cunha is an SAP Solution Manager Senior Independent Consultant at GEMINI in Brazil. With over 6 years experience in Solution Manager, Raquel has written some impressive articles for the Solution Manager Expert magazine.

Tony de Thomasis is a NetWeaver technician from Australia with a keen eye for exploiting value from Solution Manager.

  • Hello Tony, Raquel

Thanks for creating this podcast with a lot of useful information.

I hope to meet & greet Raquel at TechED in Madrid.

    Kind regards

    Tom

  • Hey Guys

It was really good listening about 7.1. From your discussion, it looks like new SM screen is more looking like a CRM 7.0 Web UI screen. That would be really cool.

    Regards
    Harish

    • Hi Harish,

The latest SAP CRM 7.0 IT Service Management is integrated into SAP Solution Manager release 7.1, so Incident Management and Change Request Management now use CRM 7.0 Web UI. I agree with you, it looks really cool 🙂

      Regards,
      Raquel

  • Great content and discussion, Tony and Raquel. As leaders in the Solution Manager community, I look forward to hearing more from the both of you!
