SAP is providing Notes details about the Index creation for its Standard Data Sources.
Creation of Indexes will lead to improve the performance of extracting the data from any source system.Index will be created on some of the Fields which could be Key or Non-Key fields, but usually Index are created on Key Fields.
Here the thing that should be noted is that the sequence in Which SAP is mentioning the Field names should be kept same while creating the INdex.If that is not followed there might be cases that the results are not satisfying as per the need.
So kindly follow the sequence of the Fields for creation of Index.
