Anne Fish is located in Pennsylvania, and is currently working as SAP CRM LOB-Customer Strategy & Business Development. She joined SAP in 1997 holding numerous positions from writing business cases for customers across all industries to managing the Global ROI Program. Prior to SAP Anne worked for CPG, Chemical and Pharmaceutical companies. She enjoys golf and time with the grandchildren. Anne is a wonderful representative of a full topic moderator; active in forums, blogs and most recently the wiki for the CRM topic.

Please read below to learn more about Anne, in her own words.

I joined SCN in December 2008 when SAP CRM Solution Management launched the BPX CRM homepage.  The 4 original CRM forums have grown to 16 CRM specific forums. I guess you would say that I motivate rather than moderate the forums. It’s the CRM Solution Management Team and community moderators who are engaged within forums across all lines of business.

In 2009, we launched the CRM BPX wiki homepage. I moderate and organize this content rich site.  Valuable content continues to be added by our CRM community, mentors, solution team, and consulting. An example on how the CRM BPX wiki and forums have enriched our CRM community- creating a Vibrant CRM BPX Community: Building a Vibrant Online Community “Paying It Forward” .

Did you know there has been a shift from forum to wiki views?  I am tracking blogs, forums and wiki views each week. Wiki views have increased from 400 to 15,000 views per week in less than 2 years. Amazing!

As a content strategist, please keep your valuable CRM content submissions and wiki pages coming. Check out SAP AGS Primary Support submissions: How-to’s” (based on OSS messages). More great content for our CRM community!

As a fellow community based moderator for SAP CRM, I want to say thank you to Anne for all the help she has provided the SCN SAP CRM community in the last several years.  Anne has been able to instrument some great conversations in the community by helping to connect those inside of SAP with those us who work at an SAP Customer, partner or independent.

    Thank you,

    Hi Gali,
Really appreciate your shining the light on our colleague Anne Fish.  Good for people to know some of the behind the scenes work this “motivator of moderators” does. I’ve really enjoyed seeing how folks like Stephen Johannes has helped define the granularity of the CRM forums and together with Anne, the CRM moderators have really worked to drive quality and content in their area.  A nice model of community pushing SAP’s quality bar.
