Here is a recent statement regarding the 2011 ZIP Code realignment changes: 

 

The USPS alerted mailers at last week’s MTAC meeting of upcoming ZIP Code realignments, including four new delivery area ZIP Codes being activated and six ZIP Code boundary realignments impacting a total of over 58,000 deliveries.  The USPS said that none of the changes have an impact on rates or zone charts as all the deliveries stay within the same SCF.

All questions regarding these changes and related ZIP codes should be directed to the USPS. A spreadsheet containing the related ZIP Code changes is available from the USPS website. The USPS contact information is listed below:
