Product Availability Matrix – PAM
The Product Availability Matrix (PAM) bundles technical and release planning information on SAP Product Versions for quick reference. You will find information on their availability dates, maintenance end dates and upgrade paths, as well as technical release information (DB platforms, operating systems etc.)
What kind of information on a Product Version can I find in the PAM?
You can find information on the release type, availability and maintenance dates, technical release information and some additional documentation. Whenever you have selected a specific Product Version in which you are interested the Product Version Overview shows the following information on the first tab strip "General Data".

To access the PAM
1. Log into the SAP Support Portal
2. Choose the Tab "Release & Upgrade Info"
3. Choose the" Link Product Availability Matrix"
In the PAM you will find important release and end of maintenance information
