We are going to do it again: To show our commitment to the Eclipse community, and to get the latest and greatest hot news about the upcoming Eclipse Indigo release, we are going to host an Eclipse DemoCamp in Walldorf also this year.

The event will take place on May 25th, 2011, in building WDF05 (ISZ), room S3. It starts at 5 pm, and we expect exciting demo sessions until approximately 8:30. Top topic this year is the new Orion project. Boris Bokowski from IBM, who is the co-project lead, will demo the capabilities of the browser-based JavaScript editor, and will tell us about the direction Orion is going to take.

Do you have cool stuff to show? Are you involved in a project that contributes to Indigo? Submit a demo session here.

Are you interested in Indigo, Orion, Jubula or other Eclipse-based hot stuff? Register here for the event.

And by the way: there will again be a Happy Hour afterwards, with lots of delicious food, drinks and ample networking opportunities. Take a look at the picture galleries of the 2010 and 2009 events.

We are looking forward to meeting you in Walldorf on May 25th!

What a pity there’s no Star Trek-like transporter (yet) – I’d love to attend, but there’s no chance of coming over from Berlin just for the evening…
