IMPORTANT: Due to recent issues with the RIBBs website (www.ribbs.usps.gov), the following USPS notice was sent to all CASS and MASS processors. This notice is in regards to uploading and downloading files to the USPS.

CASS™ ANNOUNCEMENTS

Product/Data upload and downloads from RIBBS has been discontinued.
 
Primary Audience: ALL CASS and MASS customers
 
What: Due to security concerns surrounding RIBBS, all product/data upload and download functionality from RIBBS has been discontinued.  The USPS will be converting all CASS and MASS data loads (up or down loads) to disc.     
 
When:  Immediately.
 
Impact: RIBBS electronic upload and download functionality will not be available.   
 
What you need to do: Ensure the correct mailing address is on your application when requesting test decks.
