SAP Inside Track Midwest 2011 Call for Speakers

SAP Inside Track Midwest 2011

We are pleased to announce that first SAP Inside Track Midwest will be held on July 15th, 2011.  The SAP Inside Track Midwest 2011 is unique as it consists of two physical locations: Chicago, IL and St. Louis, MO.  There will be shared content between both locations.

The primary organizers for each location are:

We want to you to present!

We are now looking for speakers who would like to present at either location with the understanding that your session might also be broadcasted across the web to the other location.  If you are located near one of these two cities, then pick the location closest to where you are located.  We welcome presenters from other parts of the world, but you will be on your own expenses for getting to one of those locations.

Chicago will feature up to three tracks of local content and will have a total audience participation of 100 attendees.  St. Louis will have either one or two tracks of local content and space for 50 attendees.  Your session if chosen could be presented to up 150 of your best new friends.

If you have questions about the type of session content we are looking for, please contact Bhanu for Chicago and myself for St. Louis.

How do I propose a session?

Great question just fill out this handy google form and that’s all you need to do.  We will be contacting you in the next couple of weeks if we need more details.  In order to promote sharing of speakers between locations, the form above is for both St. Louis and Chicago.

Looking for more information

We will be setting a general SAP Inside Track Midwest Wiki page with more details about the event in general and at each location.  More details will follow in the next two months.

  • Looking forward to seeing you there!  These both will be amazing events right in your own backyard.  Limited travel expense, and if you’re like my company – you can’t split up people who are gone now, and to latter events!

Hope to see you there.  And of course, I hope for some fun and great learning opportunity submissions!  Remember, what you think everyone knows – there probably is at least one person wondering about.

  • Stephen, Jamie and everyone who organized this event last year did such a great job. Even having a mascot-the flying screaming monkeys!

Glad to see a report, and joined forces w Michelle!

Look forward to hearing more about the event as the day draws closer.
